LatinRoots
We learn steps and sequences of different Latin American dances, from Afro-Colombian rhythms, dances from Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile etc…, making choreographies and at the same time we sweat and have a lot of fun. Ideal for people who want to do sports, have fun in a very nice group, burn a lot of calories and at the same time learn to dance different rhythms from all over the continent.

Heels
In this course you learn to dance in high heels, train musicality and rhythm, motor coordination and work on sequences and choreographies that allow you to discover your sensuality and connect with your body. Men are welcome too!

America Baila Junior/Mini/Teens
The junior dance group of America Baila. For children and young people interested in Latin American dances. In the classes we work on steps and choreographies from different countries, learn a lot about body awareness, stage presence, group spirit and self-confidence.
America Baila Mini: 4-7 years old
America Baila Junior: ages 8-13
America Baila Teens: 14-18 years old (this course is currently not taking place)

Here you learn steps, sequences and choreographies of the different Afro-Peruvian rhythms such as Festejo, Landó, Zamacueca, etc…

Afro-Cuban Rhythms
In these courses several popular and traditional Cuban dances are introduced, such as Rumba, Orishas Dance, etc… You will learn a mix of movements and rhythms that will lead you to greater flexibility and body awareness.
